Hurricane Irma Preparations:
After living in Florida for 32 years and facing several Hurricanes (three in a row in 2004), I know to prepare in advance, but not cancel services until it is necessary.
Knowing the majority of our church family work full-time jobs, I felt we needed to cancel Wednesday night to allow our families to prepare for the potential of Hurricane Irma.
At this time, I am planning for a full Sunday schedule; however, the pastoral staff will be watching the movement of Hurricane Irma and will make a determination regarding Sunday services some time Saturday morning. It is my prayer the storm moves east away from the FL mainland.
The church office will be open regular hours on Thursday and Friday.
Hillsdale Fine Arts Academy is continuing music lessons unless your teacher has canceled lessons.
The school is closed so that our IT Team and staff can secure our building in case of a direct storm hit.
Please call the church office if you need assistance preparing for the storm.

P.S. Hillsdale’s first Missions Relief Team to Houston is flying back this morning. The second team will not depart for Houston until we are comfortable Tampa Bay is safe from Hurricane Irma.
